Overview:
Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., on behalf of RideNow Motorsports, recently filed an application for a Special Permit for RideNow’s existing dealership located on the 1.88+ acre property located approximately 100’ south of the southwest corner of Cave Creek Road and Hartford Avenue. The Case Number is Z-SP-4-20.
RideNow’s dealership provides sales, parts, and service of new and used ultra-terrain vehicles (UTVs), all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), motorcycles, personal watercrafts, etc. The purpose of the request is to add a Special Permit to sell and repair UTVs, ATVs, motorcycles, and personal watercrafts.
The existing building includes a showroom, office, storage, and an area for parts and repairs. The business or building are not expanding and the display area will remain the same, except numerous trees and other landscaping are being added.
RideNow has implemented new policies such as:
- Employees are no longer going to park on the street;
- Delivery people have been told not to park on the street;
- Employees are to be mindful of the noise;
- Employees moving vehicles outside will be doing it at slower speeds;
- Employees will not move the vehicles outdoors before 8:00 a.m.; and
- Many of RideNow’s large deliveries are now going straight to their warehouse instead of off-loading at the store
